OUR PROCESS

1. Schedule Your Inspection

Contact us by phone, email, or online to schedule your inspection and any additional services, including Radon Testing, Sewer Scope Inspection, Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection, or Irrigation System Inspection.

 

2. Appointment Confirmation & Deposit

Once your inspection is scheduled, we will send a confirmation along with the required client documents and agreements. A $100 reservation deposit* is required  to secure your inspection appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your inspection services. This deposit reserves your scheduled date and time and covers administrative preparation associated with your inspection.

*The reservation deposit is non-refundable if the inspection is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or if required documents are not completed prior to the inspection.*

 

3. Review & Complete Required Documents

Review, complete, and electronically sign all required documents prior to the inspection. Prompt completion helps ensure a smooth inspection process and timely report delivery.

 

4. Document Verification

Our team will review your submitted documents and confirm receipt. Once all required documentation has been completed and verified, your inspection appointment will be finalized.

 

5. Inspection Day

We will perform your scheduled property inspection along with any requested additional services. Depending on the property and services selected, inspections may include:

  • Residential Property Inspection

  • Radon Testing

  • Sewer Scope Inspection

  • Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection

  • Moisture Intrusion Assessment

  • Irrigation System Inspection

  • Infrared Thermal Imaging

 

6. Final Payment

The remaining inspection balance is due upon completion of the inspection unless otherwise arranged in advance.

 

7. Report Delivery

Your detailed digital inspection report will be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. Reports include clear findings, photographs, observations, and professional recommendations to help you make informed property decisions.

Additional services such as Radon Testing may require additional time for testing completion and reporting.

 

8. Questions & Support
